STANTON, Ky. — The Powell County Fiscal Court approved a series of routine and substantive measures at its Nov. 8, 2022 regular called meeting, including interfund transfers, a second-reading budget amendment, adoption of a five-year solid-waste plan and a winter salt purchase.
