Dixon County certifies Allen North project, directs contractor paperwork to include liquidated-damages term
The Dixon County Board of Supervisors approved the Certification of Substantial Completion for the Allen North road project, authorized payment application and directed the county engineer to include liquidated-damages language after Oban Construction requested reconsideration. The board also scheduled the 1&6 Year Road Plan hearing for Oct. 14, 2025.
