Dixon County Emergency Manager Shea Scollard told the Board of Supervisors on Nov. 13 that the county has conducted training for law enforcement and schools and is continuing work on maps and bridge details. Scollard also explained a proposed resolution under the Nebraska Interlocal Cooperation Act (NRIN).
