After a public hearing on May 27 (minutes record the hearing on March 25 and March 11 depending on agenda), the Custer County Board approved Conditional Use Permit #14-2-2 for Broken Bow Windfarm II, LLC to establish an operations and maintenance building for windfarm operations. Company representatives and local residents attended and spoke in favor; the county Zoning Administrator D. Tibbs reported the Planning Commission had approved the permit.
