Shelby County Engineer Brandon Burmeister recommended the board approve three utility permits for Farmers Mutual Telephone Cooperative (permits numbered 2023-9-28-1 through 2023-9-28-3) during the Oct. 3 supervisors meeting. Supervisor Charles Parkhurst moved to approve all three permits; Supervisor Bryce Schaben seconded and the motion passed.
