County staff told the board that after planning to transfer the veteran ride program to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), the DAV was unable to manage the county’s ride volume. Staff recommended reinstating the Goodhue County Veteran Ride Program while the Veteran’s Service Office and the DAV find a handoff solution, and the board approved the recommendation unanimously.
