The Powell County Fiscal Court entered closed session on Dec. 13 under KRS 61.810 subsections B, C and G. When the court reconvened at 6:53 p.m., Judge Executive James Anderson reported that no action was taken in closed session but later the court approved a settlement with Tony Hunt for the amount discussed in closed session.
