Town Administrator Nancy Allen presented a recommendation from the Marshall Planning Board to appoint Emily Patrick Copus to a three-year term effective January 2019; Alderman Laura Ponder Smith moved to approve the appointment, Alderman Thomas Jablonski seconded, and the motion carried. Allen also reported there were 53 zoning permits for calendar year 2018.
