Town Administrator Nancy Allen and Keith Webb of McGill Associates presented two construction materials testing proposals for the Phase II Water System Improvement Project: ECS Southeast, LLP for $5,939.64 and Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. for $5,726.00. Alderman Thomas Jablonski moved to accept the Bunnell-Lammons proposal and Alderman Dr. Christiaan Ramsey seconded; the motion passed.
