Powell County Fiscal Court voted Dec. 10 to apply approximately $119,000 in unobligated American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to purchase a vehicle for the county coroner and to support the county’s planned EMS building. Judge Executive Eddie Barnes presented the funding plan and the court approved it unanimously.
