Whitley County Fiscal Court approves first readings, several resolutions and routine agreements
At its Aug. 20 meeting, the Whitley County Fiscal Court approved first readings of two ordinances—including a medical cannabis business-operations ordinance—unanimously passed multiple resolutions authorizing utility right-of-way use and grants, ratified an inmate health-services agreement and approved routine budget, claims and personnel actions.
