The Town of Marshall Board of Aldermen opened a special call budget workshop at 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2018, with Mayor Jack Wallin presiding. Board members and staff in attendance included Aldermen Aileen Payne, Billie Jean Haynie, Dr. Christiaan Ramsey, Laura Ponder Smith and Thomas Jablonski, Town Clerk/Administrator Nancy Allen and CPA consultant Sidney Mashburn. A motion to open the workshop was made by Alderman Dr. Christiaan Ramsey and seconded by Alderman Billie Jean Haynie; the motion carried.
