Board approves final plat for Wonder Ridge subdivision in Hazel Dell Township
The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors voted Nov. 18 to approve the final plat for the Wonder Ridge residential subdivision (Case #SUB-2025-01) in Hazel Dell Township and adopted Planning and Zoning Resolution No. 2025-04, finding the plat in compliance with county code and Chapter 354 of the Code of Iowa.

The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved the final plat for Wonder Ridge, a residential subdivision in Hazel Dell Township, and adopted Planning and Zoning Resolution No. 2025-04 on Nov. 18, 2025. The board found the final plat to be in substantial compliance with the previously approved preliminary plat and with requirements of Chapter 9.10 of the Pottawattamie County Code and Chapter 354 of the Code of Iowa.
