Shelby County adopts 28E agreement for CHBP culvert replacement

Chairman Bryce Schaben said the Board adopted a resolution to authorize a cooperative agreement tied to a state bridge grant. Engineer Chris Frederickson presented the resolution and described it as a 28E Cooperative Agreement for a Competitive Highway Bridge Program (CHBP) grant project intended to fund a culvert replacement shared among participating counties.
