Jackson County approves RCTP funding to Sabula, Monmouth and Bellevue
The Jackson County Board of Supervisors approved an extension and FY26 Rural Community Transportation Program (RCTP) agreements, extending Sabula’s FY23 award to June 30, 2026 and authorizing FY26 grants to Monmouth ($25,000) and Bellevue ($12,600). All motions passed unanimously.
