Chair Monroe and Clerk Storm-Artis presented the parks master plan action items to the Village of Mattawan council on Sept. 28. Member Monroe moved, and Member Begeman seconded, to approve the action items and to proceed with preparing a full draft parks master plan; the motion passed with all members voting in favor.
