Boone County board approves final plat for Scenic Valley Subdivision
The Boone County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution #26-41 accepting the final plat for Scenic Valley Subdivision, noting the only revision from the preliminary plat was the addition of an access easement. The approval was unanimous.

The Boone County Board of Supervisors voted to accept the final plat for Scenic Valley Subdivision, approving Resolution #26-41 on Oct. 7, 2026. Mike Salati, Boone County Planning & Development Director, presented the resolution and told the board the only change since the preliminary plat was "the addition of an easement for access." Longhorn moved to approve the resolution and Bryant seconded; the motion passed with all ayes.
