Chairperson Mark Smeby recessed the regular session at 8:56 a.m. and reconvened at 9:30 a.m. The board then moved (Loberg/Stone) to open an exempt session under Iowa Code 21.9 at 9:30 a.m.; the minutes record a roll call vote with Supervisors A.J. Stone, Enos Loberg and Mark Smeby voting AYE. The minutes record the exempt session was closed at 10:30 a.m. by motion (Loberg/Stone). The board then moved (Loberg/Stone) to adjourn at 10:31 a.m.; the motion carried.
