Commissioners release Red Rim Ranch bond, clarify gravel-pit permitting and approve DeVries plat
Planner and road staff told commissioners that Red Rim Ranch roadwork met scope and the bond was released; the planner also outlined a 2022 Land Use Plan amendment that requires permits for gravel pits. The board approved the final plat for the DeVries Subdivision and an RFP to market the Overlook at Roundtop property.

Planner Les Culliton and Road and Bridge Supervisor Shane Rankin told the board they had monitored roads at Red Rim Ranch and determined the work met the scope required in the development agreement; Commissioner Paul Galovich moved to release the performance bond and the motion carried.
