The Rockwall Independent School District Board of Trustees approved recommendations that the multi-campus roofing projects at Ouida Springer Elementary School and Dorothy Smith-Pullen Elementary School be accepted as complete. Trustee Grant DuBois moved for approval and Dr. Bart Miller seconded; the motion passed 6-0 with one absence (Stan Britton).
