County approves multiple construction change orders for airport, Challenger Learning Center and Welcome Center projects
Indiana County commissioners approved several change orders — including $35,973 for winter concrete curing and other adjustments to the Jimmy Stewart Airport hanger project, a $41,445 change for the Challenger Learning Center, and multiple smaller changes at the Welcome Center — with costs covered by RACP, CFA and Keystone grant funds where specified.
