Commissioner Dolby moved to postpone Item 22, a pit‑run caliche agreement awarded to Kaye Thomas, citing safety concerns about the property and contract language; the court approved postponement to Oct. 26. "Due to safety concerns of this piece of property I moved to postpone to October 26," the commissioner said.
