The Phillips County Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2026-01-19-01 appointing Ryan Brackhan, Robert Koberstein, Mark Lutze, Riley Dubbert and Tristen Roll to the Holyoke Fire Protection District Board of Directors and noted a special election must be held within 90 days under Colorado law.
