Committee members described a proposed warehouse complex discussed at the Oct. 13 work session as "3,000,000 square foot warehouses" in a multi-building complex and said construction would be phased over several years. The chair and members noted that although the project was pitched and initial approvals discussed previously, the city had not yet issued land-use or land-disturbance permits for the development.
