Chair Casey Radcliff moved, seconded by Barb Hoilien, to recommend council approval of Pay App #13 payable to Market & Johnson, Inc. in the amount of $159,300.36; the motion carried by voice vote. City Administrator Daron Haugh had reported that Pay Apps #12 and #13 are the final payment applications for the completed library project and that the funding will be reconciled with grant funds and the library's CD.
