The Oakland Board on Sept. 17 adopted Ordinance 993 to amend portions of Chapter 405 (Article VIII, Sections 405.650, 405.655 and 405.665) of the municipal code and approved updates to Conditional Use Permits for Westborough Country Club and Perennial Partners LLC.
