Paradise submits WWTP permit and advances two 250,000‑gallon ground storage tanks plan
City staff reported a first‑time wastewater treatment permit application is under review (estimated 90 days), proposed plant siting at the back of Leone Park, and a ground storage project of two 250,000‑gallon tanks now under Corps of Engineers review; drainage surveys for Read Ranch and Olde Towne Estates are also underway with results expected in March.
