At a Sept. 30 special meeting, the Muscoda Village Board authorized a $500,000 construction loan with Clare Bank at an interest rate of 3.89% for a 10-year term. Wardell and Village Administrator Carla Doudna reviewed the proposed loan terms before the motion.
