The Wiscasset Select Board voted 5-0-0 on Oct. 6 to authorize the town manager to apply for and accept Northern Border Regional Commission grant funds to support planning for relocation of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The board also authorized the town manager to execute a Debarment Suspension Certificate and accepted the WWTP Site Selection Action Plan.
