Del Rio council holds two-hour executive session on personnel, property and litigation; no action taken
Mayor Arreola called an executive session Oct. 14 that addressed the City Manager’s personnel matters, potential property acquisitions related to drainage and joint trust property, consultation on contemplated and pending litigation (including Cause No. 2025-0088-CV: VVCO, et al. vs. Montoya, et al.), and a privacy-rights conflict; the council reconvened and acknowledged no action was taken.
