The Del Rio City Council approved reallocating 2023A certificate of obligation proceeds, directing $4.5 million to City Hall renovations, $1.5 million to Buena Vista Pool restoration, $200,000 to Joe Ramos restroom repairs and $2.8 million for Joe Ramos gym or civic center upgrades. Councilman J. P. Sanchez recorded the lone no vote.
