Mr. Klixbull told commissioners that an ordinance drafted in 2012 to amend the SALDO (Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance) — specifically changes to Ordinance 1 of 1990 — was never adopted and asked the commission if they should revisit it. "There was an Ordinance written in 2012 amending the SALDO Ordinance 1 of 1990 that was never adopted," he said, and invited commissioners to consider whether the amendment should be reviewed.
