The Reilly Township Solicitor told the board that a public hearing on Liberty Processing & Soils' proposed major modification permit will be held June 4, 2025 at the Tremont Borough building, and that comments or testimony should be submitted prior to the hearing. "There is a public hearing for Liberty Soils proposed major modification permit on June 4 from 6 to 9 at the Tremont Municipal Building," Solicitor Thomas P. Pellish told the supervisors.
