Commissioner seeks UPWP amendment to fund transit study; committee approves

The Physical Services Committee approved a budgetary amendment (agenda item 4) to add fiscal-year 2025–26 Unified Planning Work Program funds and to create a capital fund for discretionary projects including a county transit study. Chair (speaker 1) moved for approval and the motion passed by voice vote.
