On Nov. 5 the Ionia City Council adopted Ordinance No. 600, amending Section 214.06 to add a $100 application fee for Accessory Dwelling Unit reviews under the Planning and Zoning Code. The motion was made by Councilmember Margot Cook and seconded by Councilmember Tom Millard; the vote was unanimous.
