Staff liaison Melissa Kamagna told the commission to expect an electrification briefing in November and said commissioners would need to do preparatory homework prior to the presentation. She explained that the briefing would include a memo and documentation and that commissioners' feedback would be taken to a subsequent committee meeting two days after HREC's meeting.
