The Manor City Council voted 5-0 to approve a Master Development Agreement for the Manor Town Center with Shenandoah Development Group, LLC and Manor 290 OZ Real Estate, LP after staff recommended approval and a brief presentation by the Development Services Director. A resident had submitted a card opposing the items.

The Manor City Council on Sept. 30 approved the Manor Town Center Master Development Agreement with Shenandoah Development Group, LLC and Manor 290 OZ Real Estate, LP, voting 5–0. Development Services Director Michael Burrell presented the proposed agreement and staff recommended approval.
