The Manor City Council on Sept. 23 approved Ordinance No. 835, levying ad valorem taxes for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 30, 2027. Finance Director Belen Peña presented the proposed ordinance and answered council questions before a motion to adopt was made and carried.
