State officials described pod operations at Bridal Hendricks Park in Jay and across the region, saying the number of people using pods has fallen as power has been restored but the sites remain open for those who need assistance. "As of this afternoon, we've distributed, over a 170,000 shelf stable meals, almost 3,000 boxes of water, more than 13,000 bags of ice, more than 18,000 tarps, and more than a 165,000 gallons of fuel," the governor said.
