The Sanibel Planning Commission voted to approve redevelopment plans for the Waterside Inn at 3033 West Gulf Drive, subject to 35 conditions described in the staff memorandum. Planning staff found the application complete, confirmed water, sewer and roadway capacity, and concluded the proposal meets Sanibel’s resort‑housing redevelopment standards, including flood‑elevation and architectural requirements.
