The Highland Village Board voted to approve a Certified Survey Map for Patrick and Diane Hebgen after the Planning Commission recommended its approval. Trustee Jim Munz moved to approve the map and Trustee Nicole Welsh seconded; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with Welsh, Munz, Esser, Richgels, Perrin and President Breiwa recorded as voting "Aye."
