City renews solid-waste contract with Carrier Container Company for five years

By motion of Kreger, seconded by Collison, the council approved renewal of the current Solid Waste Collection Agreement with Carrier Container Company, LLC for an additional five-year term on the same terms and conditions as the May 12, 2020 agreement. The vote was unanimous.
