The Clay County Council reviewed binding-review budget materials for the county, three township fire protection districts and the county solid-waste authority at a special meeting on Sept. 8, 2025. Council President Larry Moss called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m., and Auditor Patricia Foxx recorded the proceedings.
