The Winchester/Clark County Administrative Hearing Board on May 18 approved a motion requiring removal of a trailer at the Barber property by May 31 or the owners will face an additional $250 fine and must appear at the June 15 AHB meeting. Dana Arnold, board member, moved the penalty; board member Daniel Gillum seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
