Committee members used the closing portion of the meeting to introduce themselves and describe perspectives relevant to evaluating candidates. Alex Marshall said he was grateful to serve and wanted to learn more about municipal operations; Amy Rose highlighted her long ties as a local business owner and said she intentionally chooses Decatur daily.
