Moab City Council voted unanimously to adopt Ordinance 2026-22, which amends Moab Municipal Code Chapter 2.88 governing the Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax Advisory Committee (RAP TAC). Mayor Joette Langianese introduced the proposal and Councilmember Colin Topper said committee members supported the changes.
