Washington Terrace City Council unanimously approved Resolution 25-16 Aug. 5 to adopt the Weber County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan 2024, a countywide document the state and federal governments have already approved. Fire Chief Clay Peterson and City Manager Tom Hanson said adoption is required for the city to remain eligible for federal mitigation grant funding.
