The Washington Terrace City Council unanimously approved Resolution 25-19 on Sept. 16, 2025, amending the Fiscal Year 2025–26 budget to transfer funds to cover Beacon contract services and to accommodate rollovers from prior capital projects. City Manager Tom Hanson said the transfers move money from the Building/Inspection Department to professional and technical services and reflect housekeeping adjustments from last year’s capital projects.
