Commissioner Bryan Kolk moved and Commissioner Mike Kruithoff seconded a recommendation that the Finance Committee authorize purchase and implementation of "The Sheriff’s App" for a five‑year contract at a total cost of $49,144.50, with authorization for the Sheriff to sign necessary documents.
