Staff updated council on the N. Phelps Street Project scope, including roadway resurfacing, sidewalk and pedestrian improvements, drainage and grating. A key change addressed the sidewalk alignment between the cemetery and the school: the enhancement was recorded as approved by Dr. Creagan and Chief VanDerWoude to improve safety for school children.
